1. MONTHLY ROOM AND BOARD - $1200 PER MONTH 

                                  Monthly room and board cost cover the rent , utilities, food and household  supplies and is funded through the residents .SOCIAL SECURITY  INCOME . SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY INCOME ( SSI/SSDI) , MEDICAID  SPECIAL ASSISTANCE OR PRIVATE PAY .

               2.DAILY SERVICE FEE  

                                 The daily service fee covers staffing and therapeutic services provided in the home.

This is authorized through a person's local MANAGED CARE ORGANIZATION (MCO) and paid by the North Carolina Innovations Waiver , North Carolina Medicaid , or state funds. 

This fee can also be paid privately . The daily service fee  is subjects to change.
