Individuals in our Alternatives Family Living ( AFL) homes have their own identities, life goals and varied levels of needed support . Supported OHAH Individuals also work on their daily and independent living skills while being integrated into the household and the community .
Provides periodic or scheduled support and relief to both primary caregivers and the individuals in and out of the home. Overnight , weekend , care or emergency care.
We provide Residential Support services to assist with acquisition , retention , or improvement in skills related to activities of daily living such as personal grooming , cleanliness , bed making, household chores, eating , the preparation of food, social and adaptive skills necessary to enable the individual to reside in a non-institutional setting.
